SHO / UHO | Super/ Ultra High Output

In the early 1990's, VEKA led the charge in creating an extrusion process that would increase the output of a single extruder. This revolutionary extrusion process became known as "SHO", short for Super High Output. This technology enabled dual-strand extrusion (two similar die shapes) from a single machine, thus increasing capacity and output. The quest for increased output and faster extrusion output led to what is known as UHO, or Ultra High Output. Ultra High Output allows for even greater output than SHO and can extrude two dissimilar die shapes. This advancement helped VEKA quickly become one of industry's leading extruders.

Today, VEKA continues to utilize High Output Technology. With such innovative processes in place, VEKA can maximize productivity while keeping the costs of manufacturing down.
